Yoga can be an integral part of recovering from trauma/stressful times. We offer tailored classes to aid trauma recovery and help you to improve your health and quality of life.
Funky Flow
Throw back Thursday” playlists, Summer Anthems & old school RnB to sweat out the week you’ve had. It’s a fun, light hearted class that is going to get you moving whether it be threw yoga or dancing
Movement Monday
It essentially means movement synchronised with breath.
Rest & Restore
Think Slow Flow with added props & support. End your week in a heated room completely supported by Blocks, Belts & Bolsters. Move slower and allow yourself to let go a little bit more.
Corporate Classes
Corporate Yoga classes are a fun, convenient, and a great way to invest in your team, improve and maintain wellbeing. Classes are tailored to the need of your company. Having worked within a corporate environment, I fully understand the importance of maintaining a healthy team and bring this knowledge and experience to my yoga sessions.
Team Building Yoga Days
The ultimate icebreaker or warm-up activity to include in a wellness or team building to incorporate yoga to bring about balance.
By utilising yoga in this way, it is possible not only to build a team that has great connection, but also a direct link to what employers want their teams to be able to do in the workplace; namely work together mindfully, with a calm controlled focus and achieving greater results.
Rates are available on request. Additional travel fee for sessions at your home or office.

Please note that once a one-to-one session is booked, there is a 48 hours cancellation notice period or full payment will be incurred.
Private Tuition & Group Classes – please contact to discuss further
Classes are ideal as regular weekly classes for a small group of 8 – 10 made up of your colleagues, friends or to meet new like-minded people.
Beginning with a consultation, I will guide you through the various options for your class in terms of its pace, direction and focus. A form will be sent in advance to ascertain your goals which we will monitor over the six week duration.
The sessions can be held in studio, your office or home. At a time to suit you and your needs.
Private One-to-One
This is one of the best ways to practice Yoga. The classes are geared towards your overall well-being, fitness level and long term goals. A one to one session will allow you to take your practice to the next level, learn modifications that are right for your body.
My approach is to start with a consultation so that the content, pace and focus of each session can be tailored to help you achieve your goals. We will run through a practice together working on postures to assess your abilities. Please allow 90 minutes for your first consultation and session.
You will be provided with ‘homework’ recommendations to enable you to work on postures between classes which will help you to improve your practice further.
Yoga sessions can take place at studio, or if you prefer I can come to your home for individual classes, and if you’ve got the space then you might want to consider inviting a few friends over and I can lead a practice for all of you!
Up to two additional people are welcome to join a private session for an additional fee per person. Groups larger than three people are charged as a ‘Yoga Party’.

This is yoga hen-do style! Guaranteed giggles as you work in pairs and groups to stretch and flex into fun yoga poses, whatever your fitness level. Move together to connect, rejuvenate and energise to a unique playlist to match your hen’s music taste. Capture fun group poses at the end of the class (hen hashtags at the ready girls!). Prosecco Brunch or Supper
After working up a healthy appetite, get ready to be nourished from the inside out with a delicious prosecco brunch/supper made for sharing. Chose from a selection of mouth-watering seasonal menus and cuisines served up banquet style with prosecco, wine and/or cocktails.
Cocktail Masterclass (optional)
Get to know your Mojitos from your Margaritas and your Cosmopolitans from your Caipirinhas in an hour-long Cocktail Masterclass with an expert Mixologist. Learn about cocktails through the eras and the secrets to mixing the perfect blend before using your new skills to make (and taste) signature and iconic cocktails.
