Mostly GNB is about bringing yoga into your life in a way that is fun, balanced and doesn’t take the practice or life too seriously.
All programmes, classes and workshops designed to help women feel balanced in body and mind inclusive and diverse for all.
We want everyone our women to feel safe and enjoy the supportive space, secure and comfortable for all of our classes, workshops and online events.
